Joan (McFaul) Bliek���� �� Marion: Joan passed away peacefully in Florida on September 17, 2014 at 82 years old. Loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she spent most of her life in Marion NY on the family potato farm and her later years in��Florida. �� Pre-deceased by her husband of 55 years, Gordon Bliek and brother Duane McFaul. Joan is survived by her children; Bruce (Joyce) Bliek of Marion, NY; Linda Bliek of Kingwood, TX; grandchildren, Kasey (Ryan) Rovito, Holly Bliek of Marion, NY; a sister Shirley (Kenneth) Shufelt of Newark, NY; several nieces, nephews and cousins. �� Joan will be greatly missed but she remains in our hearts and we celebrate her life.����She will be most remembered by her loving, kind and gentle ways. �� Calling hours will be Friday, November 7th��from��5-7 p.m. at the Steven's Funeral Home, 3896 Buffalo St, Marion, NY. Memorial Service will be held November 8th��at 12pm at the First Presbyterian Church, 4057 Main St., Williamson, NY �� In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Marion Fire Dept., PO Box 1, Marion, NY 14505
