Don worked as an independent carpenter- contractor most of his life. In his spare time over the years he led 4-H kids, square-danced, and played golf, but most of all he loved working on his land and tending his cattle. Don exemplified the dignity of hard work. He was a wonderful husband, dad, gramps, and great gramps, and to know him was to love him. He will be dearly missed for his dry wit, his kind heart, his immense patience, and his quiet but deep faith.
