Obituary for Taylor, John W.
John W. Taylor Newark: Entered into rest on 2/2/2016 at the age of 68. He is predeceased by his parents, Leon and Dorothy Taylor; and sister Elaine Lannon. Survived by loving wife of 47 years Eileen, sons Jonathan (Cari) Taylor; and Stephen (Jennifer) Taylor; grandchildren, Jackson, Alaina, Gabriella, and Luke Taylor; brother, William (Sherrie) Taylor; sister, Kathleen (Gary) Schancer; father in law, James (Helen) Patsos Sr., several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was member of the NY Holstein Assoc. and the NY Farm Bureau. Family was very important to him, and he enjoyed watching his children, and grandchildren play sports. Friends and family are invited to call 4 to 7 pm Friday at Stevens Funeral Home, 3896 Buffalo St., Marion, NY 14505. The funeral service will be held Saturday 1pm at the Park Presbyterian Church, 110 Maple Court, Newark, NY 14513. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marion Soccer Club, 3771 Pearson Ave., Marion, NY 14505 or The Newark Soccer Boosters, 907 North Main St. Newark, NY 14513.
