Sharon grew up in Webster and graduated from Webster Thomas High School in 1969. She spent most of her adult life dedicated to caring for others. Whether it was working as a home health aide, taking care of elderly, an aide at houses for The Center of Disabilities, or as an aide for individuals with traumatic brain injuries. Sharon diligently volunteered for years with the Victim's Resource Center; helping women escape domestic abuse. She always found this work fulfilling.
