MARION/FARMINGTON: Entered into rest on October 1, 2020 at the age of 73. John
is predeceased by parents, John and Margaret Finnerty; survived by his loving wife
of 26 years, Anita; children, Jackie (Brian) Babcock, John (Monica) Peterson, Ryan
(Sherri) Pietropaolo, Alison (Jason) Baker, and Andrew (Sarah) Pietropaolo; grandchildren,
Devon, Mackenzie, Gina, Ani, Jonathan, Harper and Wyatt; sister, Sharon McNealus;
nephew, Ryan McNealus; special friends, Sharon Taber, Scott Kearns; and many more
friends.
John is a Veteran of the United States Army where he proudly served his Country, proud
owner of Finn’s Inn for 50 years where he sponsored many sport teams and events for
the Community. John enjoyed golfing, playing cards and spending time with his family.
There will be no prior calling hours. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
