by his wife, Phyllis; sisters, Betty Jane and Mary Ann. Survived by his loving daughters,
Jacqueline Lewis and Krista Lewis; special dog, Tucker; sister, Barbara (Sheldon) Stevens;
several nieces, nephews and friends.
There will be no prior calling hours, service will be at the convenience of the family.
