Daniel (Grit) VanDeWalle
NEWARK: Entered into rest on August 8, 2024 at the age of 69. He is predeceased by his father, Fred VanDeWalle. Survived by his loving wife, Kimberly; sons, Danny and Kevin; step-daughter’s, Kelly and Heather; mother, Evelyn Penisse; brother, Jeff; sisters, Debbie and Jodi; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Grit enjoyed riding his Harley. If he saw an animal in need, he would rescue it. He liked going to the drag races at South Butler and attending the local car shows. Grit was a true blue Ford guy.
