Adriaansen, Gordon W. Marion: Entered into rest on August 26, 2015 at the age of 85. Son of Isaac and Susie (VanHanegem) Adriaansen; he is predeceased by grandson, Jeffrey Adriaansen. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Carolyn; children, James, Susan (Paul) Devlin; Gregory, Brian (Jill) Adriaansen; grandchildren, Joshua (Renee) Devlin; Jennifer (Edward) Almekinder; Justin (Rachel) Devlin; Craig and Derek Adriaansen; great grandchildren, Sierra Powers; Olivia and Jackson Almekinder; Allison Devlin; brothers, Roger, Rodney (Helen) Adriaansen; sister, Eleanor (Harold) Schoonerman; inlaws, several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was a Life time member of the Marion Fire Department, played in The Marion Red Caps Band for 50 years, member of the Marion Cemetery Assoc. and member of the Second Reformed Church of Marion.
Friends and family are invited to call Sunday 11am till 2pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 3896 Buffalo St., Marion, NY where the funeral service will be held Sunday 2pm immediately following calling hours.
